S(HE)
Meeting Dates: September 7th
October 5th
November 2nd
Everything begins with understanding who you are and the potential in which God created you. In a world filled with countless influences and expectations, how do we understand how we fit in? These months will cover the belief that our true identity isn’t found in conforming to societal standards or fleeting trends, but rather in embracing the profound truth of discovering our identity in Christ.
This curriculum aims to foster self-reflection, discovery, and development by helping you understand your identity in Christ, identify your unique skills, and explore your personal values and beliefs.

Lean In
Meeting Date: January 4th
Life is all about seizing opportunities and making the most of every moment. We must lean into opportunities with courage and enthusiasm. Whether it’s trying something new, taking on a challenge, or pursuing a passion, we believe that every opportunity is a chance to learn, grow, and leave an impact.
In this month, we are committed to empowering you to step out of your comfort zone and embrace the possibilities that come your way. By leaning in, we can unlock our full potential and create a future filled with endless possibilities.

Emerge
Meeting Date: February 1st
As young women, there are moments when we might feel like we are flying under the radar, unnoticed and underestimated. It is easy to feel like our potential is hidden away, waiting to be discovered. But hold onto this truth: we serve a God who not only sees us but knows the incredible potential within us. Think about it—some of the most inspiring leaders in history started out just like us, feeling invisible and small. Take Ruth, Esther, Joseph, and David, for example. They were ordinary people facing extraordinary challenges, but with God's guiding hand, they emerged as unstoppable forces for good. They didn't just make a difference; they reshaped entire cities, communities, and generations to come! Their stories are proof that even when we feel like we are in the shadows, God has a plan for us!
This month let's embrace our journey of emergence and step boldly into the leaders that God created us to be!

Adapt
Meeting Date: March 1st
Change is challenging. Especially when we are unsure of the results or how a choice may change us. Change can often leave us feeling isolated, frustrated, or discouraged. The focus in the month of Adapt is Authentic Leadership. We value adaptability and want to help you respond to your ever-changing environment with little strife.
This month, we will discuss handling change and making impactful decisions while trusting God and ourselves to make the right choices. Building off the self-identity discussed in the fall, you will have the opportunity to create vision boards to define your hobbies, interests, skills, and passions. Then, you will work with this vision to create your digital footprint (LinkedIn or other social media) that will help open doors for you rather than close them. Lastly, we will workshop the creation of resumes to equip you for future endeavors.

Diversify
Meeting Date: April 5th
In a world as varied and vibrant as ours, it's crucial for us to understand and appreciate the spectrum of God's creation, including the diverse tapestry of human experiences and perspectives. As faith-filled leaders, we are called to love and collaborate with people from all walks of life while standing firm in our beliefs, values, and vision.
This month, we aim to cultivate leadership qualities such as respect and empathy, which foster open conversations and connections with various perspectives while being firmly rooted in our faith in Jesus. Our goal is to not only grow in our leadership and faith but also to impact the community that God has placed us in. Get ready to deepen your understanding of how you can live out your faith in a diverse world.

Serve
Meeting Date: May 3rd
Many times, when we think about leading, we think about people who are out in front, who take charge of situations, who tell people what to do and when to do things. What happens when a leader does those things from a heart that wants to serve first? What happens when a leader puts others before themself and leads from a place of love? It’s so much easier to follow someone who has a true heart for the people that they are leading when we truly understand their vision and motive.
Serving is such an important aspect in leading that we have chosen this to cover last and truly help each other understand why we are leading. We are leading to love people. We are leading to point others to God. We do this by following our leader, Jesus, who daily served others.
